My son has a resonably new PayPal account, I believe since last Spring, or early Summer. He hasn't sold much and you still hold his funds until a few days after the merchandise is delivered. He sold an item last week and printed the shipping on Ebay, thinking the amount would come from the funds in PayPal as it had before, but instead, you took it from his bank account which had nothing in it, and it caused a $30.50 overdraft charge. Why wasn't that amount taken from the funds in his account? I'm sure it had been done that way before. I've had my PayPal business account for years, and don't remember how it was done for me, but I am pretty sure shipping an item was taken from the funds in my account. He is now out 3 times the amount of the sale, because of how it was handled.???
