Invoice sent in wrong language

I sent my client a invoice reminder and I checked the box to have a copy of the email sent to me and it was in Spanish. I'm worried that it was also sent to her in Spanish and consequently ended up in her Spam box. How do I fix this?

you probably can't fix this. apparently Paypal thinks it's normal to send japanese invoices to english speaking customers
