Buyer protection on PayPal invoices

I am purchasing a pair of sneakers from someone. He wants to send me an invoice. Will I be covered as a buyer if things go south? For example, the goods don't arrive, they are the wrong product etc.

If he sends you an invoice then you have buyer protection but buyer protection is not a 100% guarantee of everything.

So you need to read up on it  and then risk assess your own transaction.

Legal agreements bottom of every paypal page > user agreement > buyer protection.
