International Donations: not able to receive payments???

Hi, first time here on the forums.  I'm volunteering in Thailand, and am trying to set up a Donation page.  As I'm testing it out, and attempting to send a payment, it states the folowing:

"Currently PayPal accounts in Thailand are only able to send payments. This recipient
is not eligible to receive funds."

Do you have any suggestions on what is going on?  Is there any other way for this non-profit to receive payments?

Because of banking regulations and/or laws, not all countries have the same PayPal features.   See this info:

You may have to find an alternative service for doing credit card transactions.  See this info:

It would be possible to setup a US Account providing you have all the required US credentials, bank account, names, addresses, etc., and can link and confirm the information.
