How to refuse buyer dispute ?

Hello,

I'm seller and sell website templates and designs one of my buyer run depute on paypal and say "Not as described" Even he used my design more than 30 days that virtual product i don't have refund policy because i give trial version every member if any one purchase then just features will extend only.

Now what i can do even he respond very slowly means  very late on my massage i told him to help but just one option does not work of theme but that was working and given him direct download link also.

Can anybody help what sould i do ?

Ring customer services and state its a digital virtual item so there should be no buyer protection ....may not work as there is no seller protection either but you can try it.
