As the title states, I accidentally partially refunded the buyer twice so they got twice the agreed upon refund amount. How do I get part of my money back? It's a shame that Paypal doesn't have a cancel refund button. Do I contact Paypal or Ebay? I have already contacted the buyer though. I'm still waiting on that. But, if the buyer doesn't send back the money, where should I go from there?
