I sold an item on ebay. I first created a shipping label with Ebay/Paypal. I noticed the return address was incorrect (Address 1). I voided that label (Label 1). I created a second label (Label 2). with the correct return address (Address 2). However, when I check the tracking information for Label 2, it indicates that the USPS is expecting a package from my incorrect return address (Address 1). The barcode/data associated with the tracking number provided is incorrect. Picture 1 shows the receipt I had for Label 2. There it indicates the correct return address. Yet in Picture 2, it shows that it is expecting a shipment from the incorrect return address. As the title states, I accidentally partially refunded the buyer twice so they got twice the agreed upon refund amount. How do I get part of my money back? It's a shame that Paypal doesn't have a cancel refund button. Do I contact Paypal or Ebay? I have already contacted the buyer though. I'm still waiting on that. But, if the buyer doesn't send back the money, where should I go from there? ... View more
