After years of using PayPal and its customer service, I have for the last couple of weeks noticed a major change. The last 6 or 7 times I called, I was connected to a rep in the Philippines. I have always spoken with people in the U.S. Usually Nebraska or Utah. Has PayPal outsourced their telephone support overseas? If so when? Outsourced Customer Service is a HUGE problem for me. One of the reasons I have stayed with PayPal so long was the U.S. based Customer Service. Can anyone clarify this for me? Is this PayPal’s standard telephone support now?
Thanks
Laurie Leonard
