I tried to get an answer through the facebook page to no avail. Here is the body of my letter.

Here's my problem. I went from having very pleasant QUICK interactions with your customer serves reps, to what I am at this minute, wasting a good portion of my morning on. . Your American reps were knowledgeable, nice and polite, Best of all they were QUICK. Right now I am dealing with an issue that used to take all of a minute and a half correct. I am currently surpassing 26 minutes on hold while the rep tries to find an answer to a ridiculously simple question.
Not to mention I have a moral problem with taking jobs off shore and exploiting low wage earners from another country.
I am not a racist. I am first a business person whose time matters, second, I am an American who cares about the well-being of my country.
I also have a tremendous problem with a rep who continually says "I am sorry" for something that is not their fault. Perhaps some people need such groveling to feel their time is not being wasted. I, however , find it embarrassing and demeaning for the person on the other end of the phone.
If I thought for one second you actually gave a **bleep** about any of this I would wait for a response. After 10 years of using paypal with complete satisfaction, I am forced to look into different payment options. Whether it be credit cards only or some other service. I am not sure I will be able to find a service that meets my needs but I will try.
You see I am a little different. Profits are what fuel my business, but my moral compass is what guides it.
