I am trying to sell tickets to a sporting event that I am unable to attend. Was considering having the buyer pay through PayPal since I've been paid with counterfeit cash before but not sure if I can be scammed this way. Does PayPal test their account or debit/credit card to make sure they have sufficient funds? Is there a chance that the buyer will get their tickets but I will not get my money? Thank you!

Hi Bssmith
No ppal doesnt test their acc or card to make sure they have sufficient funds
U never send an item until the payment is in your ppal acc and is cleared and completed
I suggest sending tickets with tracking to show delivery in case there are problems of tickets not being received
There is always a chance we can get scammed when selling something chargebacks etc not everyone is honest!
