Why are you even considering using paypal for items that are being collected??
Even if the buyer uses the gift option to pay you will still face a fee if they fund it from a debit or credit card.
Also there is no seller protection for items that are collected.
Why not accept cash on collection when they come to collect?
Cash in hand and no paypal fees
