Buyer is abusing claim !!

Hello. I'm selling Used guitars to abroad over 7 years through ebay and paypal, and I've got a really ridiculous claim from a buyer recently.
1. I've sold 2 Used electric guitars at 2015.9.25. and got the payment at 2015.9.27.
I was selling the items on the ebay, but the buyer wanted deal it directly by paypal, not through ebay and wanted 10% discount of price. I and the buyer agreed to do this.
2. The items were sent 2015.9.30 and the buyer received them at 2015.10.5. They were sent by Express mail to the correct address, and buyer's signature were received.
3. The buyer NEVER EVER contacted me after he received the items. However, he suddenly open the dispute AFTER 40 DAYS he received the items, then escalated it as a claim without contacting me.
4. The reason of the claim is 'NOT as described', and the buyer commented as 'NOT WHAT WAS ORDERED, SELLER REFUSES TO CONTACT.'
5. I've sent the DEFINITELY RIGHT items to the CORRECT ADDRESS !!!! There NEVER can be any chances of sending different items
because the items that I sold to the buyer was 'THE ONLY ONE OF A KIND things that I had'.
And I usually sells only 5-7 items per month, so there can be NEVER ANY chances of sending items to wrong buyer.
6. The items that I sold to the buyer was ‘Ibanez ar300 super edition’ and ‘Ibanez ar300 in cherry color’.
They were only one of a kind that I had then.
7. I’m selling used guitars through ebay since 2008, and I’ve got 100% positive feedbacks.
I always sells the items honestly. If the buyers have any unsatisfaction with the item, I always do my best things to the buyers to solve the problems.
8. Buyers always do contact me as fast as they can, when they don’t satisfy with the item.
BUT THIS BUYER, NEVER CONTACTED ME after OVER 40 days he received the items,
EVEN HE ‘CLAIMS’ that he received ‘NOT WHAT WAS ORDERED’ !!
I tried to contact him many times after I got the paypal disputes, but I cannot still contact the buyer, and NEVER got any messages from him until now.
Then he commented at the paypal dispute as ‘SELLER REFUSES TO CONTACT.' and it’s 100% lie !!!!!!!
9. I heard that many claims like this ends in the buyers favor. Then what should I do?

Not a lot you can do. With disputes for item received but not as described its often one persons word against the others so paypal "tend" to find in favour of the buyer BUT the buyer has to return the item to you at their own expense before you have to refund.
All you can do is wait for paypal to make that decision.
By the way can you edit your post please as you are not allowed to put someones identifying info ie ebay name on this forum.

You can appeal it but the decision would be up to paypal.

All you can do is respond to the claims in PayPal. Do you have proof the the items--like photos?
Do you have a proper PayPal invoice describing the details of the item, along with photos?
Seller's mistake was to sell off-eBay and give up the eBay support.

I have many pics of the item.
And there are ebay listing with item description and many pics.
