'Add To Cart' buttons on my website - all but one working. (Bridgeline/iApps)

I am in the process of setting up a website for my franchise business through Bridgeline/iApps. We created 'Buy Now' buttons in PayPal, all of which work except for the very first in a column of 13.

Each working button, when clicked, opensa new browser tab that loads my PayPal site with the item selected in the shopping cart (a.k.a the payment page.)

The first button, however, does not - when clicked it just looks like the page refreshes, with no new tab with the PayPal page. If a different button is clicked after that, the PayPal page loads, and shows only that item (not the first button item and that item.)

So the first button is neither adding the item or opening the PayPal page, even though the coding is identical to the other buttons aside from unique characteristics (item name and size, sku, etc.) I have tried using different buttons as the first, with the same result.

I'm hoping someone else has experienced this and can lend a bit of advice as to how to fix this.

Can you check the script (the HTML code) associated with each button to find out what is different?

Did - they're identical except for the individual sku numbers/names of items (each button is for a different item so that info is different but the actual non-variable coding is exactly the same.) I printed out the code for each one and did side-by-side comparisons. Also tried a different button code in the same position, with the same result.

The thought seems right.  I assume you are looking at the code in the published page, not the code on the button before adding to the page.

I'm not familiar with Bridgeline/iApps and how that is used to write the html code for your pages..

The problme may be part of the html code before the button code.

Could you explain a little of how the button code gets into the pages and how the site is devloped?
