I just purchased something off eBay thru my phone app and didn't realize I'd forgotten to change my mailing address in PayPal and eBay as I recently moved. I updated my shipping address in PayPal and eBay after the purchase. The seller wants me to confirm my new shipping address through PayPal. Is there a way to do this like a notification letter or something?

In a situation like this, we would advise to have the seller refund the original payment. This way a new payment would be able to be made with the correct info since it has been updated.
