Account Still Limited Please Help...

I have provided all information required to lift the limitations on my account, yet when I try to add money to my account it says, "We were unable to confirm your personal information at this time. To find out what we need from you, go to the Resolution Center." I click on the Resolution Center and it just brings me to the page that shows that I have completed everything off of the checklist... Please help this is an emergency.
