Account Milestone / Account Limited

Ok so paypal emailed me a month ago regarding I have reached the transaction milestone and that I need to send some business proof of documents, and so I did on my dashboard. The dashboard then says "we'll get back to you within 2-3 business days". After a month of no change in my dashboard status, and paypal keeps emailing me the same notice over and over again. My account then became limited last june 29, and so I called yesterday. I told the support that i keep getting the same email but my dashboard status is still the same... so How am I suppose to send the needed documents if my dashboard has been like that for the past month, and so the support named brian told me he will notify a specialist to let me somehow upload the needed documents. I waited but the email never came. I Tried emailing every contact us available in the paypal page but it seems evry email I get is an auto replay or scripted reply. Btw, Im from the philippines and my call last time i have to spend at least $100. Can someone here in the community can give help, because I have been going on i circles. I have all the documents, i just need a place where I can upload them.

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

If you will have any difficulties with uploading documents via link you can also use the name change option:

Log in to your account.

Click Profile near the top of the page.

In the 'Name' section, click Change.

Select the legal name change and click Continue.

Follow the on-screen instructions to upload and send files.


Once you will upload both documents, let the Customer Support know via phone or Social Media.
