2013 Total shipping cost

Hi, I'm so lost. Is there a way that I can find out my total shipping costs for 2013? I looked everywhere.
I saw something about excel,which I don't have or CSV file, which I have no idea what it is.
This is so out of my brain capacity. I blame it on the menopause.
Any help out there?

Suggest checking out this user guide as it explains how you can export your transaction history to CSV file.  Once you do that, you can use app such as Excel to sort and manage.

Yes, it's tough to manually add-up just the shipping costs from your on-=screen view because you have to open up each transaction.

But, Paypal can "dump" a report to your computer, which has separate information for the transaction item(s) as well as the shipping and tax amounts.  This is a simple text file and is called a CSV file format.

What is "suggested" is that you open this file in a spreadsheet program such as Excel and then have the spreadsheet add up the shipping column totals.

The workaround is to open the CSV file in your word processor and then you should be able to see a column of shipping costs and you can then manually add them up (or e-mail the file to somebody who does have Excel spreadsheet....Or you can use the feee online version of Excel at office.live.com, but you'll need to create a login account at Microsoft (easy to do).
