i called this morning and spoke to an agent after two hours of trying to get through. i have close to $200 i need to transfer into my acct and it keeps saying "unable to be transferred at this time." It shows i have a notification to resolve an issue but the agent could not find a thing about that on her end so she cleared everything out and said its a security problem and to try again in 24 hours with the transfer because she "lifted" any unnecessary restrictions. my question is: Has anyone had something similar happen and it be fixed and able to transfer in 24 hours? Normally I wouldn't worry like crazy but this is money that was really needed today and unfortunately the company i got paid from only pays through paypal.
