Hi, Nothing in my sentences have lead them to believe so. I will give you another example. 1 month ago I bought a train ticket, I did not use it because of strike, I contacted Paypal, I explained the situation and they denied it saying that the service was delivered. I replied to them telling them that there was a strike and that the ticket was not used and I was told to ask for a refund by the members of the staff at the train station. Paypal denied it again. I contacted again the seller and I was granted a refund. So, why did not Paypal investigat with the seller? if I open a claim and Paypal denies a claim and then I am then able to get the efund by myself, what is the reasons of keeping using paypal? They get paid by the fees sellers pay, they MUST investigate and investigating does not mean sending an email to the seller and asking them "do you want to refund the customer? NO? good, so then we will deny the claim" This is not the correct way. Paypal changed over the last years, it is very similar to a SCAM. They did it to me 4 times, and one in particular with an expensive item. This is total SCAM and the more I search information about Paypal the more I see similar cases to mine. PayPal is a total SCAM, and I have so many proves.
