Hello. I have been scammed by a facebook guy, he bought some FIFA digital points from me and after he got the points, he asked for refund. His refund dispute said at info: he didn't receive an iphone. I offered paypall al the proofs and infos that he scams and he has been scaming other people too and paypal still sides with him. Hello, i have lost a case when a buyer bought from me digital fifa points and then he asked for refund and won the dispute even though i sent to paypal all the proofs including the kid confirming receiving his products. After that the buyer blackmailed me to give him more digital products else he will refund all his money. Now the buyer asked for refund and he won the refund, i have all the proofs that everybody kicked him from all fb groups for scamming and how he typed dispute reason that i didnt send thim an iphone 7. We never talked about a phone or an iphone in all our conversations. What can i do to get my money back and stop him from scamming and take my money back because paypal gave him the money back for no reason and i dont know why. ... View more

@PayPal_JonK I opened a case and it tells me i can escalte this issue to Paypal after 2 junuary. The seller still doesn't answer and is still blocking me. Any way to solve this faster and get my money back?  PS: I used goods and services method ... View more

I have been scammed by a guy who blocked me.  Now he doesn't answer me, he blocked me on facebook and even deleted his account What options do i have ?
