Hello @GhassanEnglish    Welcome back to the PayPal Help Community and thanks for your post!   I am sorry to hear that you're not able to pay using your credit card linked in your PayPal account. For successful payments, the information on your PayPal account must match the information on file with the card-issuing bank. Any small discrepancy in a name, address, or anything else can cause the error. If the information matches, I suggest you to try again at a later date by clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser or try using a different browser/device. If the issue persists, please try to complete the payment with a different card/bank.
