I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to claim a payment. Are you clicking a button in an email that you received? If so, please make sure that it is a legitimate email and not a fake email. If the email you received was fake, visiting the site they direct you to would be potentially dangerous. I would recommend a virus scan just to be on the safe side.
If the email is legitimate and you're unable to claim a payment, please double check to make sure that the payment is not already listed in your transaction summary. If it's already there and completed, you would not have to do anything further to receive it.
