This is so discouraging......   I am supposed to be refunded $160.70 and paypal has the refund completed, but it's not shown on my bank account nor in my paypal balance.   I've never has such problems with paypal before.  It's a shame - and I'm starting to question if I will use them in the future.  Sigh...... ... Good question!  I'd like to know the answer to this question as well!   I was refunded on June 4th and paypal states that the refund is complete.  It's NOT back in my bank account and it's NOT on my paypal account balance.   So ....... Where is our money at????? ... View more
