This is so discouraging...... I am supposed to be refunded $160.70 and paypal has the refund completed, but it's not shown on my bank account nor in my paypal balance. I've never has such problems with paypal before. It's a shame - and I'm starting to question if I will use them in the future. Sigh......

Have the funds been returned to your account yet? Having the same problem. Paypal states that the refund was completed, but it's not showing in my bank account and it's not in my paypal account balance. Very frustrating, especially when you can't get anyone to help you out.

Good question! I'd like to know the answer to this question as well! I was refunded on June 4th and paypal states that the refund is complete. It's NOT back in my bank account and it's NOT on my paypal account balance. So ....... Where is our money at?????
