@FostersNet If I understand your post correctly: When you attach a card, PayPal has to verify the card with a temporary charge with a 4-digit code to enter on the Wallet page for the card. If you used a linked card without logging on to PayPal account using PayPal Guest Checkout instead, then you should have received a PayPal email receipt for the transaction. In that email, there's a receipt ID. Have that handy when contacting customer service to open a dispute: Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other available options.
