Hello, I have an issue with Oneplus, I bought a phone from them on June 07, 2019. I returned it within 2 weeks(within return policy), Oneplus was being very uncooperative, they did not want to issue a refund. I tried contacting my credit card company and filing a dispute, but they were unable to help. After months of going back and forth with Oneplus, they issued a refund on October 10, 2019. Oneplus send out an email Refund#, order#, refund type, refund amount, refund status and states that the refund was refunded to Paypal. Due to this, my credit card company is unable to help me out(email states refund was processed to Paypal), I tried calling Paypal, but the person was being very unpolite, refused to help and stated that they are unable to help because I initiated a dispute with my credit card company first instead of paypal and that my credit card company is the only one who can help. What do I do in this situation? I have never encountered a situation like this and I am down $711 dollars and neither paypal or my credit card want to help.
