Hello, this is my first time using PayPal, i just got money. So here what i confuse about holding/pending 1.My money is on hold around $104 how long does it usually take till i get money into the account When purchasing stuff 1..After I get the money and willing to send it to someone, how can i do that? 2.If i willing to buy stuff that cost $110 but i got only $104, i didn't link the back account but i do link Mastercard to PayPal, Will the PayPal charge my money in Mastercard for only $6 remaining or get whole full $110 but $104 still remain?
