Simple summary is that the buyer received the item. Claimed item did not arrive, and PayPal did not give me the opportunity to provide proof and simply decided that the buyer should receive the several hundred dollar refund, and gets to keep the several hundred dollar item. I have attempted to contact PayPal to resolve this because I've been scammed out of 3/4 of a thousand dollars, and the buyer has gotten away without issue. Item was delivered, tracking will prove this. Buyer has ignored all emails and I cannot get through to PayPal on the phone, and the message centre is not providing any responses. I have no idea what to do at this point, but I simply cannot afford to have buyers getting free items and me being out of pocket hundreds of dollars. Case ID: PP-D-43540261
