As PayPal is a user-generated service, you would not need to call in or to speak to a representative to complete the verification process. Depending on which verification you are completing, the process may be different. If you need to verify your card or your bank, you can do so from the 'Wallet' or 'Money' section of your account. IF you have been requested to provide documents, you can follow the instructions in your Resolution Centre.
