I'm trying to get help from Paypal. My account is limited, so messaging and resolution centre dont work. The phone access does not go to a real person, I'm presuming because of the Covid 19 problems. Is there an off-web-site way to contact customer support? Perhaps an email address I can use with my own email? I've not been able to trade for around 5 days now. I've tried the twitter messaging, but that says go back to my account etc etc.. Help? Steve
