Hi all, interesting question for anyone who knows. On october 31st i was hacked onto one my accounts that i own that is directly connected to paypal. 4 transactions were made using my bank account i called paypal and within the next day i was refunded. On november 7th, all the money was gone again and this time i was left with a negative balance on paypal becuase it tried to take funds from my account but since then i closed that bank account. On the transactions where my money was gone again it says "refund reversal to paypal". Is paypal holding refunded money for me? ... View more

Hi all, I created my account about a year ago and am 17 now. I was not aware until recently that i had to be 18 to have an account. My account is now limited. I turn 18 in about three months and have $700 in my account. Would the best way to go about this be contacting paypal and telling them? ... View more
