Hi @SWhite1231,   I'm sorry to hear about the suspension. What type of card is it? Is it a PayPal Prepaid card that's associated with a limited account? If so, the funds would still be associated with that card. When the limitation is resolved, the account and card may be used again. I just had this same problem. I couldn't remember opening a new PayPal account but knew I had activity in my old account when I logged in with my PayPal cash and backdoor tried my PayPal business.
