Ok has anyone know what to do or how to go about finding out where the money goes when a idiot loads cash onto a suspended accounts card? I have spent 3 days on the phone with just about everyone of PayPals "specialist" and neither they or their superiors can tell me where this money goes. It goes somewhere. If they can't see it posted anywhere or the store I reloaded my card at says it went thru on their end, "you should've gotten an email" no my account is suspended and I didn't know that. Now I'm out tons of cash I didn't have.
