Yes, I want to understand who owns my money at the moment and whom I should contact to clarify when they will be back. When dispute was opened - we discussed with the merchant - that since resolution could take time - I do not want my order to be processed any more. According to charge back FAQ - when chargeback dispute is opened - money is debited first by my card issuer from PayPal bank, then by the chain - money is debited by PayPal from the merchant account. So it looks like - my card issuer should own the money, right? Ok, and when disputed was resolved in my favor - that means I should get back my money back to my card and this is responsibility of the card issuer? Because already more than a week passed - and nothing changed.
