Hi All I have been with PayPal for almost 20 years and had developed a lot of trust in the organisation. Recently though I put in a simple defective item claim and they have asked me to upload the tracking information twice. Except the second upload link is broken. They say I must upload again to the broken link or they will reject the claim with only three days to do so. My question is, is PayPal still reliable? Should I report them to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and delete my account? Looks like the split from eBay has gone incredibly badly? Regards, CDG66
