My ticket was for a partial refund exactly (to compensate missig stand and the damage) and for that reason I opened it in Paypal directly, not ebay. Ebay offered only return option, which is not comfortable for me since it will cost me too much efforts. I don't get it why tracking number was requested and crucial for that case, whilst the seller does not provide courier and I used my own?! I do not have any tracking number.
