In the past my account would ALWAYS try to pay from paypal balance first and then if for any reason there wasn't enough funds in the balance it would revert to a stored credit card. NOW paypal is keeping the money in my paypal balance and just pushing the transactions through on the stored credit card. Apparently this new setting on the home page / Money / Collect your money has to be verified...but of course the page just errors out instead of making the change (which I did not want altered, nor was I notified about in the first place). This looks to me like Paypal just wants to profit on the stored money in my account. I'm going to pull all of my funds out of here if this isn't resolved immediately, because as it is Paypal is just profiting off of my money sitting in their bank accounts...yet they won't even let me send money from that balance! Any suggestions before I pull it all out?
