I bought a pair of Derilo pillows for $84.11 inc delivery through PayPal yesterday.
At the same time another charge came through from Ausica Uab which I didn’t recognise; the CBA alerted me.
I googled Ausica Uab and it is the same company - it is a scam by a Lithuanian company - they tack on more pillows and claim that you ordered them, according to others who have been scammed by the same thing. I would like to cancel the whole order - is this possible? Previous unhappy customers have also reported that the quality is not good.
If this is not possible, I will accept the initial order, but not the extras, because I didn’t order them! This is why I paid via PayPal, because I thought it would be secure. How could this have happened? I hope that you can resolve this for me.
