I am unable to make payments using my paypal account. Trying to pay for shopify monthly subscription, but every-time it shows "Payment could not be processed". I have already done two international payments using the account. So I guess there is no issue with the card linked to my account. By the way, the card is Mastercard debit card. Kindly help. Thanks in advance. Trying to reach out to paypal support. But donot know why it is so difficult to reach their customer support.
