Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear you've had a chargeback on one of your recent sales. When a customer files a chargeback with their credit card issuer, it means that they’re disputing a charge and asking the card issuer for a refund. While PayPal does fight every case and presents as much information as we can to the banks, ultimately the decision to side with the buyer or seller is made by the issuing bank.
