PayPal Community

Okay so PayPal put my account on limitation and now I have to pay a fee of $25+ , but I have 0 balance on my PayPal and I can’t add funds because they removed that option for me because my account is on limited!! But my bank information is already filed! How am I suppose to add funds in my PayPal if they won’t let me! I’m tired of PayPal. Worst company ever.
