Hi,
Recently, i was sign-up an account with PayPal. At the initial stage, everything is smooth and no issues. After several weeks, i log in to my PayPal account and i notice that my PayPal account was put under limitations. I tried to resolved the issues on Limitation through Resolution Center, I provided all information as per required by PayPal. After several days, i received an email from PayPal. The email stated that they required information on Purpose of creating this PayPal account, Type of receiving and sending, List the products and/or services you offer in the future, and, Your website URL.
I respond to this email via PayPal and customer service email. I provided and disclosed all information to PayPal. However, PayPal still unable to resolved and removed the limitation on my account.I need to remind PayPal that all information i sent is genuine and authentic from several Malaysia establishment entity including government agency and departments, as well as private sectors such as Financial Institutions.
All information that i provided are valid and genuine. My question to PayPal is what took you so long to remove the Limitation. I know many PayPal users facing the same issues with this limitation. I feel sad with PayPal Customer Service in which provided very poor service to its users. I’m as a certified financial advisor, in this industries (Financial Services), we are regulated by strict regulation in-force by several government bodies such as BNM, BAFIA, AMLA, PDA 2010, and many others laws enacted in Malaysia.
If PayPal is unable to removed the limitation on my Account, i will make a complaint to certain body in Malaysia that PayPal practice is not friendly users where the way PayPal to resolved certain issues are not acceptable.
If PayPal really serious to resolved this matters and gain trust from its users, i strongly recommend that address my questions accordingly in proper way. I have been waiting for several weeks now for your review on my account. So, i far, i can’t do anything on my account and i can’t received hard earn money from my online paid activities.
I hope PayPal can take serious measures to remove my account limitation. Besides, i will call your office in Malaysia by next week to resolved this matters.
