I'm so very sorry for any difficulties you or your friend are experiencing. From the information you've provided, it sounds as though the issue isn't with your account. Most likely the person you are trying to send the money to has an account limitation or the payment itself may exceed your friend's daily receiving limits. Another possibility if your friend has a business account, is that they have accidentally set the account to block certain kinds of payments. If you both are still experiencing this, I would encourage your friend to contact our customer service directly to look into this with them.
