Hello everyone, I just experienced an unpleasant problem, trying to send my money to a Russian user (it is the second time, but not everytime with payments to Russia). The sign looks like "This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions.". It makes no sense to me because my friend does not have a special site for PayPal and do not know what is going on... Neither do I.
