Hi! My account is on hold, the message says "Your account access is temporarily limited", "To use all of PayPal’s features, confirm your identity".
I did all they wanted. It still shows that the card isn't approved even though it is. If I click on it to resolve though, it seems that everything is alright and the card is fine. I tried sending an email, no one responds "within 24 hours". Tried calling - they don't work now, apparently.
Help ASAP, need to get the money out.
