I found the problem. Before I press commit to buy from "more exchange rate options" it was selected the currency from romania and I have to select "euro". Thank you so much for your help!

It could be the currency but I don t understand why. I am from romania but my account currency is euro and I pay in euro. I asked already the seller but is no problem from them.

When I press to buy is everything ok but after that from my card they block more money as the price was. That is heppening with every seller. I buy from german ebay.
