Hello there, I have been using my PayPal account for a good three years now and back in June my account randomly got limited and 3 recent transactions were reversed - no reason for this and my account went £40.00 in debt. I paid the £40.00 within a month and because of my experience I have chosen not to use PayPal's Services again. I keep receiving an email titled: "We need some information regarding your PayPal account" with the contents: "We recently contacted you to ask for some additional information about your account and we don't seem to have received the required response." The email also explains the limitations that were placed on my PayPal Account. As explained I am not interested in using my PayPal account anymore but with the emails sounding as if they require the information i'm very unsure whether or not I am required to tell PayPal the information regardless. PayPal would like the following: Proof of my address Confirm a bank account Provide a purchase receipt from my supplier Whether or not I wanted to continue using PayPal or not, I am physically unable to provide the information. I can provide proof of address and confirm a bank account but as I don't send items to anyone I don't have a purchase receipt from any supplier. I only used my PayPal Business account to collect donations (which I would rarely receive anyway) and for personal transactions such as eBay and other sites. My main question here is do I need to take any action? It's been a good 4 months since my account was limited and I have no intention of using it again so I can't see any reason to provide the information to regain access. Any assistance would be most appreciated. Many Thanks.
