I'm sorry to hear that you have not received a payment. Did you ship an item before receiving a payment? PayPal can only provide protection on payments that have been received when the item is shipped following the receipt of the payment.
Or did you receive a payment but it's held with delayed funds availability? If there is a transaction in your history but the funds are not available, all you need to do is add the tracking information to show the item has been delivered and the funds will release.
