I'm sorry to hear that there was a reversal to a buyer and that our emails went unnoticed. If there was a claim from the buyer, PayPal would have required information within a certain timeframe from you. If that information was not provided in that timeframe, the refund would be given to the buyer. It would not be possible to appeal the case with the requested information after the timeframe has elapsed.
