We have had a restriction put on our account. To resolve, we have had to go through the Identity Confirmation Dashboard with quite a number of steps but we cannot get past the Proof of Address Screen. It is asking for very specific documentation from the government, but only a document that has been received electronically. We only have hard copies and do not receive any such government documentation by email. We have tried numerous times to get a response through customer support and they have not been helpful at all.
